What If Your Payer Authentication Gets Error?

When you try to complete your transaction on JailATM but you’re notified that “Payer Authentication has failed,” it means your transaction was rejected since you failed to log into your Verified by Visa/Mastercard SecureCode account.

In another case, you may receive a notification that says “Payer Authentication was unable to complete.” This means that your card issuer requires you to fill out the form on the security page, but they do not provide it for you to access it.

Well, if you find it difficult when logging in, you can speak with the Verified by Visa or Verified by Mastercard SecureCode division.
